We are currently recruiting for a talented and creative Senior Stylist to join our Styling team within Harrods’ dynamic City Road Studio. Bringing our repertoire of both womenswear and menswear brands and fashion products to life, our Senior Stylists use on-trend, on-brand, and inspiring styling to continue to improve and influence the Harrods.com shopping experience. This is a fixed term opportunity, running from October 2024 to October 2025.

About the Role
Our Senior Stylists are responsible for creating and styling inspiring on-trend, on-brand and relevant outfits for up to 50 products per day, including accessory options, making any required changes to outfits and creating the strongest possible looks with little repetition and the most considered choices. Driving the on-set team (including photographer, Styling Assistant and model) to deliver directional and strong imagery in line with the Harrods.com customer and visual identity, the Senior Stylist checks, reviews and evaluates Harrods’ own product images and representation.
Directly managing a Styling Assistant and a Junior Stylist, our Senior Stylists provide support, guidance and leadership whilst working on sets to train and develop their team. As a Senior Stylist, multi-tasking and managing time accordingly is imperative, requiring the capability to work on ad-hoc projects whilst maintaining the core job role.
About You
You will have previous styling experience in an ecommerce environment (ideally luxury), as well as strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands, seasonal trends and the Harrods.com customer. You’ll be proactive, showing initiative to constantly improve the image quality of our site, and have commercial awareness, with strong fashion and styling sense.
You'll also have:
- Previous mentoring or line management experience, with the proven ability to support, lead and work well as part of a team.
- An awareness of Harrods’ style and market position, as well as a good understanding of the Harrods customer.
- Good time management skills, able to deliver deadlines on time and to a high standard.
- A good sense of runway looks and seasonal trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proven ability to work quickly and effectively, with a meticulous eye for detail.
