Last week, we hosted The Balancing Act, a panel led by our Working Parents x Women’s Network. The discussion focused on the realities of balancing work and family life, from returning after parental leave to managing career priorities, and how we can continue building an inclusive culture that supports everyone. 💚

For Black History Month 2025, the R.E.A.D Network proudly delivered our Leaders Panel: Moving Forward Together at Harrods in collaboration with Coutts. This event brought together five exceptional Black leaders who shared their career journeys, lived experiences, and perspectives on leadership and representation.

This ADHD Awareness Month, our Neuroinclusion Network welcomed Alex Partridge to talk about his late ADHD diagnosis, the challenges he overcame, and how he turned those experiences into advocacy. Through open dialogue and lived experiences, we’re fostering understanding and creating a workplace where neurodivergent colleagues feel supported and celebrated 💚

This September, our R.E.A.D Network brought colleagues together for The Wellness Experience, a celebration of culture, community, and wellbeing. 🌸 From Tai Chi and meditation to matcha tastings by SAYURI, calligraphy, wabi-sabi design consultations and mini facials with TATCHA, the evening was a chance to recharge and discover the rich traditions of East and Southeast Asia.
