Retail Academy
The Harrods Retail Academy programme is an incredible opportunity to kick-start your career in luxury retail. Over 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience in three unique departments at our iconic Knightsbridge store, spending six months in each placement. Alongside your role as a Sales Associate, you'll study for a Level 3 Retail Team Leader apprenticeship at the Fashion Retail Academy, attending monthly sessions to deepen your expertise.
With the support of a dedicated Programme Manager, you'll receive bespoke training to complement your apprenticeship, develop valuable skills, and build a professional network. You’ll also gain unique insights into Harrods through private tours, offsite visits to our Creative Studio and Distribution Centre, and opportunities to connect with teams across the business.
Upon completing the programme, you’ll secure a permanent Sales Associate position in your final placement. Many graduates have gone on to exciting roles in areas such as Retail Management, Buying, Private Shopping, Styling, HR, and more. This is your chance to join an iconic brand and explore a wealth of career possibilities at Harrods.
