Hello, my name’s Lucy and I’m the Resourcing Partner for our Retail division and Security function here at Harrods. My role is to identify, recruit and onboard the very best retail staff to work across our amazing Home and Furniture, Technology, Foodhalls, Toys, Signature and Arcade departments within store, as well as staff for our Security function: the welcoming face for customers, guardians of their magical experience, and protectors of the luxury assets that attract them.

Working for Harrods is incredible every day, and I love the part I get to play in making that a reality for other people.
