Hybrid@Harrods

At Harrods, every role is unique, and each business area has its own priorities and considerations. As a result, our approach to hybrid working varies. Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’.

We believe it’s important for colleagues to come into the office regularly to connect with each other, collaborate, and learn. At the same time, we recognise the productivity benefits of focused work from home. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
