Our HR Operations team encompasses teams Internal Communications, HR Services, Concessions, Payroll, Reward and Benefits, Workday integration and support. Our HR Services function provides exceptional day-to-day HR support to colleagues and leaders, supported by best-in-class HR technology. It also manages our Rewards and Benefit programmes and our Corporate Health Service, priding itself on delivering high quality advice and services for all our colleagues.

Our Inclusion and Wellbeing team has the needs of our colleagues at the focus of all their activity. This team includes Colleague Listening and works with our internal networks to ensure our colleagues are supported.

Key Roles

Heading

Our HRBPs contribute to the successful embedding of corporate HR initiatives, ensuring local business requirements are accounted for in the design and delivery of such initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring that key cyclical people-related activity, such as Talent, Succession Planning and Reward Management, are executed exceptionally.

Our Resourcing Partners ensure we are attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talent for Harrods. They have line management responsibility for a dedicated Talent Coordinator so also coach, mentor and develop as appropriate. They are be responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates ensuring they follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management.

The Workday Solution Analyst will be responsible for the day to day operational support for Workday from a functional perspective, which includes responding to tickets raised from across the HR team for all modules including HCM, absence, Help, recruitment, performance, talent and learning.

Our Payroll Administrators provide an efficient and professional payroll service. Payroll Administrators attend regular HR and Finance team meetings, support the business with payroll queries and develop and maintain relationships with managers and colleagues around the business.
