Retail Operations

Our Retail Operations team's goal is to enhance the experience for our employees, in turn allowing them to provide an exceptional service and exceptional experience for the Harrods customer every day.

The Retail Operations division is a varied function sitting within the Retail directorate containing teams such as, Customer Operations – providing essential support in the form systems administration and updating internal knowledge bases, Retail Analytics – working to ensure our Retail leaders have the access they need to make decisions based on data and Retail Communications - keeping our colleagues up to date with new launches as well as operational changes to the business.

Everyone works together and goes the extra mile to ensure our Retail teams can deliver an exceptional experience for every visitor to our store.
