Join Harrods’ Retail Operations team and play a key role in supporting our colleagues so they can deliver exceptional service and experiences to every customer.

You’ll be part of a varied and dynamic division within the Retail directorate, working across teams such as: 

• Customer Operations – providing essential support through systems administration and updating internal knowledge bases 
• Retail Analytics – giving Retail leaders the data they need to make informed decisions 
• Retail Communications – keeping colleagues up to date on new launches and operational changes.
