The role of a Uniformed Security Officer aims to prevent and detect offences against staff, visitors and contractors and safeguards the company’s property, merchandise, monies and assets. The Uniformed Security Officer will work closely with a team of officers to actively patrol the store and be on the lookout for potential offences. They also liaise with employees, the public, and police on day-to-day security matters, meet with other investigative agencies and conduct inquiries on their behalf if needed. Their core responsibility is to ensure the store along with the people in it is safe and secure.

The Transaction Services Assistants specialises in supporting the Retail teams across Harrods with large and complex transactions while providing world-class customer service. The Transaction Services Assistants are responsible for supporting the business by providing expert advice and guidance both over the phone and in-person to ensure the correct procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully.

The High Value Cash Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to the Retail teams, providing support in dealing with large and complex transactions. The High Value Cash Associate attends to high value cash transactions and supports in finalizing customer transactions by checking through the required customer due diligence.

The Health and Safety Adviser will work tirelessly to develop and embed a positive, safe and secure environment at Harrods. They are responsible for providing vital guidance, advice and create awareness about Health & Safety within the business. Our Health and Safety Advisers will conduct regular audits and investigations, compile reports, write policy and make recommendations to the business in order to mitigate risks and prevent the occurrence of incidents.
