If you’re a recent graduate or thinking of your next steps, post university, then be sure to check out the Harrods graduate opportunities. Each graduate programme typically lasts from 12-24 months. Alongside your programme, your team, and your on-the-job experience, you’ll be part of our Together Graduates learning cohort.

Led by a dedicated member of the Learning & Development team, the Together Graduates cohort invites you to join your graduate peers from across the business for monthly catch ups, learning workshops, guest speaker sessions and networking opportunities. It is designed to help you learn about the wider business, strengthen key behaviours and grow in confidence whilst you embed in your role.

Current Graduate Opportunities

During this two-year programme, you will experience 6-monthly rotations across Customer Insights & Analytics, Digital Analytics, Loyalty & CRM Analytics, and Data Science. The placement will allow you to develop strong technical skills through formal and on the job learning.

During this two-year programme, you will be completing regular rotations and working around various IT teams, to give you a well-rounded insight into the growing technological landscape within Harrods. The placement will allow you to develop strong leadership and technical skills through formal and on the job learning.

This one-year programme is designed to develop Graduates with a passion for retail logistics into future leaders within our Distribution team. The rotations give Graduates an insight into both our shop floor functions and our supply chain operations.

This two-year rotational programme offers opportunities amongst our brilliant multi-disciplinary Store Development team. You will develop an understanding of the complexities of project delivery in a live retail environment while acting with diligence to ensure the safety of colleagues and the public.
