Combining customer insight, the latest technology, and world-class creative, the Harrods E-commerce Marketing team is dedicated to providing future and current customers with an unparalleled luxury shopping experience; starting from discovery and inspiration, we enable customers to become loyal ambassadors. Leveraging attribution data acquired and analysed across a diverse range of digital touch-points, we work closely with internal and external partners to develop and optimise commercially-focused operating models.

Our Digital Marketing team is driven by performance and excited by data and technology, we work with specialist agencies, reading signals of intent across search, display and advertising platforms to attract and acquire Harrods customers. We aim for operational excellence and use insight to deliver best in class digital marketing experiences for our target audiences.

The mission of the UX team at Harrods is to understand and champion the needs of the user & to be the voice of our user to the wider business. We work closely with teams from across the business to understand their needs & ensure we balance these with the needs of our users.

Key Roles

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Online Trading team including data governance, efficient management of product merchandising, trade reporting, managing stakeholder communications and executing trading actions.

As the Insights Analyst you will use your creativity and initiative to help internal clients to bring customer insight and relevance to their communications and promotions, and to truly understand what we can learn about the customer using analysis and evaluation. This role will sit within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team, led by the Senior Loyalty & CRM Insights Manager.

As the CRM Retention Executive will be integral in identifying opportunities and pain points within the customer lifecycle and developing and executing a strategy. You will also evaluate the performance of the campaigns and use these insights to adapt and enhance the lifecycle journey.
