Combining customer insight, the latest technology, and world-class creative, the Harrods E-commerce Marketing team is dedicated to providing future and current customers with an unparalleled luxury shopping experience; starting from discovery and inspiration, we enable customers to become loyal ambassadors. Leveraging attribution data acquired and analysed across a diverse range of digital touch-points, we work closely with internal and external partners to develop and optimise commercially-focused operating models.

Our Digital Marketing team is driven by performance and excited by data and technology, we work with specialist agencies, reading signals of intent across search, display and advertising platforms to attract and acquire Harrods customers.
