Our large in-house team, including graphic designers, artworkers, publishers, copywriters, and project managers, works across our Knightsbridge store, Hammersmith Head Office, and City Road Photo Studio, bringing a wealth of experience to every creative endeavour. Key Roles

Heading

The role of our Visual Merchandisers is to create retail theatre, elevating Harrods’ customer experiences. Maintaining all visual merchandising standards by continually reviewing product placement and merchandise layout enables opportunities to be maximised.

Our Stylists’ role is to implement and interpret the Harrods e-commerce creative vision to ensure the styling content across all our luxury categories is aligned with the Harrods brand and vision, and meets the highest standards.

The Copywriter role is to write succinct, accurate, and commercially focused product descriptions. Our teams have a high level of spelling and grammar, knowledge of terminology across fashion and lifestyle categories, and exceptional attention to detail.

The role of a Stock Assistant is to ensure all stock in the City Road Studio is expertly managed and impeccably organised. Utilising SAP and bespoke in-house systems, our Stock Assistants are a vital part of the smooth product flow through the Studio.
