We are looking for a PPC Executive to join our Digital team at Harrods. This role is responsible for delivering day-to-day PPC performance across omni-search and .com, ensuring campaigns are optimised, budgets are effectively managed, and performance data is accurate, timely, and insight-ready.

About the Role

In this role you will take ownership of the ongoing optimisation of PPC campaigns across PPC platforms, ensuring best‑practice improvements are identified, prioritised, and delivered. You will also monitor performance against key KPIs, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You will also execute PPC tests across structure, formats, and bidding, following defined testing frameworks.

Job Responsibilities.

  • Produce clear, reliable performance reporting to support trade meetings and wider business forums.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analysis.

  • Support product feed management and ongoing optimisations.

About You

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, performance-focused, and confident operating within established frameworks. You take pride in high-quality execution and enjoy working with data to improve outcomes. It is important that you have proven experience delivering measurable ROI from PPC campaign. It is important that you have a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, as well as hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics. Previous experience working with product feeds and large-scale retail accounts is ideal

You will also have the following;

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical rigour.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
