About the Role

As the Image Coordinator, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring that all imagery, from fashion to non-fashion products, meets brand and in-house guidelines. You’ll work closely with on-set teams, as well as Buying and Trade departments, managing assets from creative shoots and brand-provided materials. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining quality control, and seeking opportunities to enhance processes.

Other responsibilities include:

•    Ensuring image delivery SLAs and turnaround deadlines are consistently met.
•    Performing quality checks on all assets sent to retouch, ensuring accuracy and high-quality standards.
•    Proactively identify and communicate potential delays in project timelines.

This role works Monday to Friday, based on site at our City Road Location.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with Photoshop skills and a strong understanding of the retouching processes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing high volumes of imagery while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. A strong communicator and collaborator, you’re able to work both independently and as part of a team to improve workflows and troubleshoot issues effectively.

You will also:
•    Be proficient in Photoshop, with experience in retouching, colour correction, and quality control.
•    Be experienced in a high-volume studio or production environment, with excellent time management skills.
