Join our dynamic HR team as a HR Services Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our business areas through the employee life cycle.

About the Role

As a HR Services Advisor, you will partner with a dedicated business area alongside the Employee Relations (ER) and HR Business Partner teams. You will provide expert advice on the entire employee life cycle and ensure the effective execution of business processes in Workday. Your proactive and solutions-focused approach will drive continuous improvement, while you mentor and develop HR Assistants. Your responsibilities will also include leading daily huddles, managing data accuracy, and overseeing quality assurance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR advisory support and managing a caseload of HR service, process, and policy queries.
  • Championing the operating model and supporting the upskilling of Tier 0 and Tier 1 roles.
  • Building relationships with leaders at all levels to ensure smooth HR processes.
  • Delivering training sessions for new and existing leaders to enhance their HR knowledge.
  • Leading projects focused on service improvement, quality assurance, and data maintenance.

This role works Monday to Friday, with 2 days a week (every Wednesday and Thursday) based in our Hammersmith office.

About You

You will have a strong background in HR and a passion for providing exceptional advisory services. Your ability to coach and empower leaders will be vital in this role, along with your expertise in HR policies and employment legislation.

You must have:

  • Proven experience as a Workday super user, with the ability to execute business processes effectively.
  • Strong coaching skills to support and upskill leaders in day-to-day HR tasks.
  • High attention to detail and the capability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining exceptional standards.
