as required.

About the Role

As the workday consultant you will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday functionality and business processes in specified domains. You will work in both BAU and across projects, and this role is strongly customer led, so you must have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, and take business problems and design intuitive, customer focused solutions with the user experience at the forefront of design.

This role will also conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for system configurations and process improvements based on Workday capabilities and configure and customize Workday modules,  including  Core HCM, Compensation,  Benefits,  Talent

About You

You will have previous Workday experience across BAU and project work. You’ll need strong expertise in Core HCM and Compensation, including having built compensation plans, benefit plans, and Workday pay and bonus review processes. Experience owning Benefits, plus solid knowledge of Absence Management, is essential.

You should bring strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into system solutions, and confidence partnering with senior HR stakeholders. Experience across multiple Workday implementations, along with the ability to map processes and identify improvements, will be highly valued. We’re seeking someone proactive, improvement‑focused, able to manage multiple deadlines, and a collaborative team player. Job architecture experience is a bonus
