As a Brand Manager, you’ll act as a representative of our Brand partners, providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. Acting as a role model, people coach and product expert, you’ll drive sales and exceptional service. From day one, you’ll work alongside a team of retail experts who are extremely proud to be part of an incredible business.

About us

Expectations are high, but as a Brand Manager, you’ll have a balance of freedom and support to make the impossible happen for customers.

About you

You’ll play a pivotal role for Harrods. Your key focus will be to drive sales and act as a point of liaison to the brand. Day to day, you’ll need to be passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the shop floor experience, as well as being full of ideas and energy to drive trade. Depending on the position you may also manage sales colleagues, so experience in managing people would be helpful.

As well as these qualities, it’s important you have:

  • Experience working within luxury RTW
  • Luxury womenswear background is essential
  • Previous exposure to a supervisory/management type role
  • The organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly
  • An eye for quality – we take pride in everything we do for the customer
  • Reliability, hard work and customer focus – you’ll be an Ambassador for Harrods to one of our key Brand partners
  • Confidence, resilience and composure
