We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join our team on an initial Fixed Term Contract until end of January 2023. This is the perfect position for somebody looking to develop their internal recruitment career in a busy team, working for our presitigious brand.

About You

As a Talent Coordinator, you will act as a candidate experience ambassador ensuring a positive experience at all stages throughout the Harrods recruitment process. You will be highly organised, efficient and accurate, with the ability to multitask and achieve results and deadlines. You will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of Harrods Resourcing and the wider HR Team.

About The Role

You will work in a close and collaborative team to deliver outstanding experiences across the candidate life-cycle for Harrods Head Office. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries and will support the team in the interview booking, advertising, shortlisting, and logistics of the recruitment cycle.
