The Retail Marketing Manager, within the Marketing Team is responsible for leveraging the retail and selling tools to design compelling selling and value proposition mechanics to unlock commercial objectives.

About The Role

You will be responsible for developing shopper insights, engagement and analytics to feedback and develop while also developing a strong working relationship with Retail Director to develop Sales Assistant’s educational programs to learn about cross divisional products. Work with the Group Trade Marketing Manager to understand the yearly and monthly objectives in line with our wider Customer Strategy to implement a retail marketing plan. You will also utilize in-store touch points to drive conversion & cross-selling in order to maximise Average Transaction Value, number of divisions shopped and number of items purchased. You will also be working in partnership with the Content, Creative, Loyalty, Marketing Team, Retail and wider  Brand Experience Division Teams.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a large luxury retail business and Retail Marketing. You would have previously worked towards KPIs and have the ability to maintain relationships and build new contacts. While also previously have had experience in Trade Marketing and activation experience. You will have strong analytical skills and be responsible for using data and insight to develop and own retail marketing plans to ensure business goals are met. The role requires impeccable time management, communication and organisational skills to ensure that all work is completed in timely manner and in line with agreed objectives from the Marketing Plan.
