We have a great opportunity to join as a Production Coordinator at Harrods. Our Production Coordinator role is both dynamic and versatile and will be responsible for managing the studio shoot schedule and assisting with the smooth operation of the end-to-end studio image production process.
About the Role
The Production Coordinator will be working across all product areas, including managing fashion, non-fashion, and creative shoots, as well as assisting the production process for brand-provided imagery. You will be reporting to our Studio and Productions Manager.
You will be required to troubleshoot on a daily basis and look for continuous improvements in how we work. The role will require taking ownership of the studio shoot schedule and working closely with the Knightsbridge production team to ensure effective scheduling between City Rd and Knightsbridge studios. You will be booking models and freelance talent, and arranging regular castings, ensuring that the model roster is always full enough to cover peaks.
Working with the Production, Photography, Styling, and Copy teams, you will be maximising productivity and ensuring that the daily shot count and publishing targets are met. You will be scheduling priority products and monitoring their progress, and scheduling copy and post-production for brand-supplied imagery.
You will be building and maintaining relationships with the internal studio team, wider Creative Content, Buying, and broader business teams, as well as Brands. You will be keeping stakeholders up to date with the progress of their projects, and any potential roadblocks.
About You
As the Production Coordinator, you will be a great communicator who has confidence in stakeholder management and building relationships. You have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify problems, demonstrate the use of initiative, and implement appropriate solutions.
You will have the ability to recognise gaps in your knowledge and utilise your network to bridge them accordingly. You are somebody that maintains a positive outlook and will remain cool under pressure. You are flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, and have the openness to admit mistakes.
You will also:
- Have experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce studio
- Knowledge of Excel is preferable
- Have the ability to excel within the dynamic demands of an evolving digital landscape
