We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Executive to join our Performance Marketing team. This role plays a vital part in the success of Harrods’ marketing initiatives and offers an opportunity to work within a prestigious and dynamic organisation.
About the Role
The Paid Media Executive will be reporting to our Paid Media Marketing Manager, and will be supporting the business in executive paid media campaigns across various platforms. The Paid Media Executive will play a key role in planning, executive and reporting on campaigns, supporting numerous functionalities in the business including online, international, and physical entities.
You will be managing the Paid Media Marketing calendar and provide regular status updates to the wider team. You will be creating campaign critical paths to manage touchpoints and ensure prompt delivery according to deadlines. You will be managing Paid Media campaign briefs, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external businesses on requirements. You will be collaborating with relevant teams to establish and manage asset delivery deadlines.
As the Paid Media Executive, you will be the point of contact for Paid Media creative queries, ensuring a high standard for all content. You will be working with external agencies to deliver detailed channel media plans and forecasts; reviewing recommended approaches and ensuring that these align with our business priorities.
You will be monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing recommended optimisations for delivering campaigns according to KPIs. You will support the Paid Media Manager in providing detailed campaign wrap-ups and will support in omnichannel and paid media strategies, executing these in line with business objectives. You will also be managing campaign finances, raising POs and processing invoices.
The successful Paid Media Executive will be experienced and knowledgeable in the paid media and performance marketing, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience.
You will also:
- Have solid knowledge of website analytics and paid media platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager)
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they sit in the overall marketing mix
- Confident in data reporting with excellent analytical skills
- Able to use own initiative with excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
