Harrods is the door to Sartorial Excellence: as a Made to Measure Specialist you will be the face of our Menswear MadetoMeasure@Harrods service, working with world leading Sartorial and Tailoring brands, you will be responsible for providing a holistic made -to-measure experience that is as unique as it is memorable. 

About the Role 

Detail-oriented with a thorough and complete understanding of our Tailoring brands, you will drive our “Su Misura” proposition through organizing training sessions, overseeing made to measure events, client outreach initiatives and driving exceptional service standards. Your remit will encompass raising the profile of our world-leading tailoring brands and their made to measure offering . As an industry expert, you will employ your commercial acumen to recognize trends, opportunities and successes which you will then communicate to both internal and external stakeholders. 

About You 

You will understand the importance of building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with both clients, tailoring brands and numerous internal stakeholders. Additionally you will be confident when handling large and complex transactions and will thrive in working with leading industry products. You will not only specialise in Tailoring brands but will also have an in-depth appreciation of the wider sartorial industry and Harrods itself. 

You will also: 

• Have proven experience of garment construction techniques
• Be proficient in pattern cutting and floating canvas techniques
• Possess an out-of-the-box mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• An ongoing pro-active approach to improve the daily running of our made to measure proposition 
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal 
• An ability to engage analytical approaches in driving made to measure
