We are currently recruiting for a High Value Cash Associate to join our ever growing Transaction Services team here at Harrods.

As a High Value Cash Associate you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the Retail teams, providing support in dealing with large and complex transactions. You will use your customer service skills to offer world class service to all internal stakeholders and external customers on a daily basis.

About the Role

Our High Value Cash Associate will be responsible for attending high value cash transactions, as well as business processes to finalise customer transactions whilst providing the required customer due diligence. This includes the management and process of payments made to Harrods via bank transfer. This role is a blend of customer facing and office based responsibilities.

The High Value Cash Associate supports Harrods Retail teams by providing expert advice, guidance and coaching both over the phone and in-person. Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed for transactions to be completed successfully.

Please note this is an on-site role, requiring presence in Knightsbridge five days per week and includes evening and weekend work.

About You

You will understand that every interaction with a customer and colleagues counts. You shall go above and beyond to show people you care and take an interest in getting to know people and building strong relationships with them.

You will also need:

  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
  • Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation (essential).
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Excellent time-management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • To ensure that customer retail experience is at the forefront of decision making.
  • Be able to have difficult conversations with customers.
  • Be able to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
