Here at Harrods, we currently house more celebrity chefs, and exclusive dining brands than any other location in the UK. Through our Front of House staff, we pride ourselves on inspiring others to always push for more and to create moments of magic for our customers.
We are now looking for a Guest Relations Manager to drive and develop our client facing strategy to ensure that we are the number one destination in London.
About The Role
Guest Relations Managers are responsible for supporting Restaurants on its sales strategy and client development / relationship management with a specific focus on driving high profile clients into the restaurant spaces. You will liaise with the guest and restaurant managers to address enquires and ensure satisfaction.
This role will work hand in hand with the Private Shopping, VIP, Restaurant FOH and operations teams ensuring all booking requests are dealt with promptly. The role will serve as a leader across the restaurant host teams. The Guest Relations Manager will also be expected to be on-site to meet and greet top VIPs that are dining with us, ensuring they build a direct relationship with our guests.
About You
You will have a deep understanding of the London market, and further afield hospitality and restaurant scene understanding how you can leverage and develop a brand to drive engagement and advocacy amongst current and future guests.
You are commercially minded, data driven and have a sales mentality with a proven track record – coming from a business development environment in a hospitality setting where you have driven engagement across potential guests within a luxury lifestyle setting.
You build relationships with clients and colleagues alike being a natural networker who thrives in the company of others and reflects company standard through leading by example.
You work closely with training managers to ensure the team have in-depth product knowledge, guest etiquette and experience understanding and can put it into practice.
