It was a special opportunity to celebrate milestones, recognise years of dedication, and reflect on the memories and achievements we've created together. We recently came together for one of the most special moments in our calendar, our Long Service Evening. The event celebrated colleagues who have reached incredible milestones, from 15 to 45 years of service. It was an evening filled with heartfelt stories, shared memories and genuine pride, a true reflection of the loyalty, passion and community that make Harrods such a unique place to grow a career.

The Harrods Awards for Excellence is the most coveted recognition at Harrods, a true testament of dedication, passion, and exceptional performance. This year, we had 9 categories, 43 shortlisted individuals, and 10 winners—all nominated by their peers.
