An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Culinary Admin Coordinator to join our successful Harrods Catering office team. We are bringing on board some of the highest profile partners in restaurants and aspire to create a world class dining destination known not only for its food but also for its service.

About the Role

As a Culinary Admin Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to contribute towards the success of restaurants achieving its ambition of ‘Delivering Excellence’. You’ll be supporting the Culinary Operations Controller to deliver the results expected of the department accurately and on a timely basis. The main accountabilities of this role centre around Administration, SAP Supervision and Divisional Administration. You’ll be responsible for providing costs of articles and recipes, assisting the Chefs with the SAP management on their site, updating ZPLAN, rectifying recipe errors through Qadex and following up daily on food halls and sites challenges.  

About You

You’ll be a valuable team player with a strong track record of similar roles. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional communicational and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with other business areas in your day to day. You’ll have good analytical skills and with excellent attention to detail. Having solid PC skills is a must, being particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ideally, you should have experience using SAP. Experience with QADEX would also be advantageous, but not essential.
