We’ve got lots of wonderful stories to share, and are looking for a Digital Content Creator with brilliant ideas and the technical know-how to produce authentic and engaging content. From conception to flawless execution, the Digital Content Creator will play a critical role in elevating our content for a variety of channels and audiences. Through solid digital design and heartfelt copy, you’ll produce content that drives a sense of connection, engagement and belonging. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders from across the business, building long-term relationships to ensure we remain connected to everything that is happening internally, but also externally with content that brings our employer brand and values to life and compels talent to want to come and work at Harrods.

About you

You will be confident in working with a range of digital tools, storytelling via video, blogs and podcasts. You’ll enjoy this role if you love thinking creatively about ways to engage with people; whether it’s tactically driving the big campaigns or putting your heart into small touches. Everything you do will support our ambition to create a human and engaging employee and candidate experience. 

These skills and qualities set you apart:

  • Background in creating and producing content using film, photography and graphic design
  • Confident and comfortable in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro and Photoshop and loves bringing new content development tools to the table.
  • A sound understanding of various internal and external digital platforms; particularly Yammer, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Always have your finger on the pulse when it comes to digital trends and new innovations
  • Experience of writing, building, shooting and editing digital campaigns
  • Talented writer and presenter with a natural ability to build great relationships with people from across the business
  • Flexible approach to work and commute to different sites
