We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Customer Loyalty Adviser who thrives in a fast paced and challenging environment and has proven customer service experience, to join our exceptional team in the Support Centre in Hammersmith. This is a full time position.

Using our incident management system you will respond to customer incidents received via any channel, including telephone, email, and social media. You will display endless initiative and seize every opportunity to resolve issues by finding the right solution for each customer in as short a time as possible. You will have a strong customer focus, and be ready to go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience to increase our customers’ loyalty to Harrods.

This role also requires strong organisation skills, and a keen attention to detail to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. You will need to manage and prioritise a varied work load, whilst remaining calm and composed under pressure. In addition to this, you will have the ability to effectively build lasting relationships across the business.

To be successful, you must have excellent written communication skills, with a GCSE or equivalent in English (grade B or above); an impeccable telephone manner, plus a high level of computer literacy.
