About The Role
As a Concession Talent Partner, you will oversee the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for Concession and Agency staff, ensuring we secure the finest talent to represent both Harrods and our Concession brands. This role combines stakeholder management, strategic advisory, and operational excellence to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Concession Partnerships, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all activities.
• Conducing candidate assessments and oversee the approval process, maintaining high standards aligned with both Harrods and brand expectations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Concession management, agencies, and internal stakeholders, advising on recruitment strategies and expectations.
• Analysing future recruitment needs, including seasonal peaks, and developing tailored solutions to support hiring campaigns, new openings, and peak trade periods.
• Continuously enhancing the candidate experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to refine the Concession recruitment journey.
This role operates Monday to Friday, with two days per week on-site (Tuesdays in Knightsbridge and Wednesdays in Hammersmith) with flexibility to support additional ad hoc events or workshops based on business need.
About You
You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with agency experience, and thrive on managing multiple stakeholders and relationships in a fast-paced environment. You’re adept at navigating complex situations, providing strategic advice to brands, and ensuring the highest quality of talent is brought into Harrods. With excellent communication skills, you can confidently advise and challenge senior stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
You will also have:
• Poven experience in managing multiple agency relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset, enabling you to advise brands on recruitment trends, turnover, and quality improvements.
• Capability to manage high-volume recruitment and last-minute changes with ease.
• Proficiency with recruitment ATS systems, such as Workday or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of employment law, GDPR, and recruitment best practices.
