About the role

Joining the H beauty Retail team as a Brand Manager, you will provide world class customer service, with a can-do attitude. As the trusted brand expert you always keep ahead of the game, researching new products before they launch, becoming well versed and ready to share your exceptional product knowledge.  You love keeping up to date with the latest beauty trends.

  • Building relationships with our brand partners comes naturally to you. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the industry you love to work collaboratively, acting as a key link between Harrods and your brands.
  • After attending all required brand training sessions, you will become a Training Ambassador for the store, sharing your newly found knowledge on upcoming product launches with your colleagues in sessions such as team briefs, one to one and virtual learning, utilising any brand tools and material available.
  • You will oversee the stock operation for your brands, ensuring an accurate stock file is maintained, working with your Stock Team & Assistant Manager to schedule weekly stock counts, highlighting, and investigating any discrepancies with your Manager.
  • You will regularly review trade and share insights and recommendations with your Assistant Manager, along with providing quality feedback weekly in a constructive manner to the brand and relevant buying teams.
  • Be excited, be curious and be passionate about Beauty! H beauty is where we’ll showcase new trends and up and coming brands alongside the usual icons, so our team has to want to be at the forefront of beauty trends.
  • Your passion means you will easily be a credible expert to our customers and confidently demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge – it means you can match the right product to the right customer and delight them through your service.
  • Exceptional sales performance comes easily to you because of your expertise and passion.  On a daily basis you will use your curiosity to understand the needs of our customers and explore every opportunity to meet their needs – going beyond by introducing them to
  • Your relationship skills will enable you to proactively grow your own client book, with loyal customers coming back to you for all their beauty needs and beyond
  • Of course you’ll demonstrate a willingness to learn and fully embrace and deliver our sales targets through our service strategy the “Art of Selling”.

About you

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management level role is important, as well as beauty exposure having worked specifically with a skincare focused brand.
  • We keep saying it and we don’t apologise for it – you’ll be a Beauty obsessive.  This is your thing and you’re genuinely excited about sharing products and your knowledge with colleagues and customers.
  • A people person, you’re driven and motivated by helping others and get pleasure from every sale. You deliver exceptional service because you know your customer is going to love your recommendations.
  • Customer centric and driven by offering great service and experiences, we talk about the “Art of the Possible”, you’ll have an out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers.
