Sales Associate - Fromagerie

We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our Fromagerie department within our one-of-a-kind Food Halls. You will be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional industry and cheese knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals – all whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

As a Sales Associate in the Fromagerie department, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £29,988 + bonus, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.

About You

With a taste for working with cheese, you will have a genuine passion for the department. You will build upon your previous experience in food retail or hospitality, whilst our expectations, standards, and pace will stretch and develop you. We are a friendly team that works collaboratively and shares pressures and challenges of our fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

• Passion for cheese  (with experience working in a fromagerie-focused role being advantageous but not necessary)
• Dedication to and discipline in your work, demonstrating a confident, composed approach with the ability to deliver great performance
• Great organisational and attention to detail skills, alongside strong communication skills
• Ambition and excitement for sales targets, striving to continually learn and develop to achieve more
• A reliable, hard work, and customer-focused attitude
• Self motivation, with a naturally curious disposition, keen to develop your product and industry knowledge
