Beauty Assistant

This is a brilliant opportunity to join our team at an exciting time for beauty at Harrods and H beauty.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Beauty Assistant to support the Beauty department within the Creative Content team. Reporting to the Beauty Editor, the Beauty Assistant plays a key role in the Beauty team, supporting them with day-to-day content production and special projects.

About the Role

As a Beauty Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating regular social media beauty shoots and liaising with the Studio team to arrange shoots and image delivery. You will coordinate product call-ins for shoots and will be providing credits for shoots. Your knowledge of beauty will allow you to provide support across fashion and lifestyle shoots.

The Beauty Assistant will be supporting on shoots alongside the Beauty team, and supporting the wider department on day-to-day work and larger projects. You will have the confidence to build relationships with brands and liaise with brands on content queries and fact-checking.

About You

You will be a self-starter with a keen interest in beauty and wellness. You will have good knowledge of luxury brands across beauty and lifestyle. As a Beauty Assistant, you will be somebody that will thrive in environments that require a high level of organisation and would be confident in diary management.

You will also have the confidence to:

•    Maintain relationships and create new contacts.
•    Display a successful delivery of administrative tasks.
•    Work on several projects at once, under pressure and tight to deadlines.
•    Have a can-do attitude
