As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) you will be able to demonstrate your leadership skills through working collaboratively with other clinicians within the multidisciplinary team to provide high quality patient-centered care. 

About the role

The ANP will be responsible for the delivery of a safe, efficient, and effective treatment service to all Harrods employees. This role is key in ensuring that Harrods are protecting and maintaining the health and welfare of its employees.

The qualified practitioner will be accountable for providing care for the presenting patient. This will go from initial history taking and skilled clinical assessment and examination, through to formulating evidence-based diagnosis, treatment, and referral/discharge of patients. As an autonomous critical thinker, they will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills.

About you

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will mainly work within a corporate setting, in a clinic located within our Knightsbridge store, the role requires the clinician to be competent and confident in the assessment and management of presenting conditions. The nurses position within the corporate setting is highly valued by the company, enabling Harrods employees to be quickly assessed on-site or via telephone/teams.

More specifically, we are looking for: 

•    A Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner on the Nursing Midwifery Council register.
•    A Registered Nursing Degree.
•    Extensive previous experience gained in primary care.
•    NMC accredited Nurse Independent Prescriber.
•    Advanced clinical assessment and practice skills in the management of patients with complex needs.
•    Clinical supervision training and experience.
•    Previous experience working in Accident and Emergency/Women’s health would be advantageous, but is not essential.
