We recently hosted our first ever Young Chef competition at Harrods. This competition aimed to evaluate the ability of Harrods chefs to plan, prepare, and present a menu using locally sourced produce from the UK. Sustainability was a major focus, and the judges assessed how the competitors utilised their ingredients to create a menu for four people. The finals were judged by a panel consisting of Harrods Senior Chefs and industry experts, and after intense competition, we are pleased to announce the winner: Ben Metcalfe. 💚
