The Wellness Clinic within Harrods, is looking for a Front of House Coordinator to manage the front desk operations in this luxury space. The Wellness Clinic unites the world’s best remedial, aesthetic and wellbeing specialists all under one roof and attracts Harrod’s exclusive clientele. 


The Front of House Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional results through exceptional experience and service for all customers. The role covers both customer facing reception desk duties and call centre administration duties and taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email. 


About The Role


You’ll be responsible maintaining the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality on the front desk. You’ll act as the first point of contact for all customers visiting the Wellness clinic ensuring customers are greeted upon arrival and they receive a warm welcome experience.


The Wellness Clinic provides an extensive treatment and product list. From dermatology to beauty acupuncture, full-body cryotherapy to mindfulness, the collection of bespoke services blends technology with ancient healing techniques for a truly holistic and harmonious approach to optimum health and wellbeing.

You will be required to learn, understand and effectively communicate this to our clientele. In this role, you’ll issue medical forms and ensure they are completed in full and returned in advance of appointments.

About You


You’ll be proficient in appointment management with an ability to multitask IT systems with complete accuracy. You’ll have previous experience working in the luxury market with exposure to a high-end clientele, with an understanding the importance of discretion. You’ll also need:

  • An extensive knowledge of the medical, health and aesthetic field and the standard treatments offered.
  • The ability to be discreet, empathetic and provide impeccable customer service. 
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • An understanding of medical terminology (beneficial).
  • The ability to multitask, being able to switch with ease from reception desk to administration and phone/email enquiries.
  • The ability to develop good professional relationships with the practitioners and doctors.
  •  An extensive knowledge of the medical, health and aesthetic field and the standard treatments offered (beneficial).
