Our Home team are now looking for a Brand Manager to deliver an exceptional, luxury shopping experience while championing one of our distinguished Home brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client‑focused, fast‑paced retail environment and is excited to elevate both service and brand performance within Harrods.

About the Role

In this role you will represent one of our key bedding and linen brands, acting as the face of the brand within Harrods and ensuring every customer receives a world‑class level of service. You will build long‑lasting client relationships, using your product knowledge, communication skills and natural confidence to drive sales, elevate customer engagement and uphold the highest standards of presentation both front and back of house.

You will also play a pivotal role in driving business initiatives, completing weekly trade feedback for internal and external stakeholders, and providing insight into brand performance to support continual growth and success.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Harrods’ luxury standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Use your product knowledge to inspire customers and support commercial performance.
  • Provide weekly trade reports highlighting key brand insights and opportunities.
  • Drive sales and ensure all targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain immaculate standards across the shop floor and back of house.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Home team to deliver a seamless customer journey.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

You will be an engaging, proactive and service‑driven individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment. With previous customer service and clientelling experience, ideally within home, lifestyle, or fashion; and are confident, composed, and motivated to deliver excellence every day.

You will bring curiosity, initiative and a passion for learning, using these qualities to deepen your product expertise and share this knowledge with customers and colleagues alike.

You will:

  • Bring proven customer service experience and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate a confident, polished and personable approach.
  • Be self‑motivated to develop your product and industry knowledge.
  • Think creatively to surprise and delight customers with outstanding service.
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Show strong organisational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Feel comfortable working toward sales targets both individually and as a team contributor.
