Team Leader

We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Team Leader to support the day to day operations within the Warehouse Administration department by ensuring efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.

About the role

As a Warehouse Admin Team Leader, will be responsible for the day to day tasks within the Warehouse Administration Team. This will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting the team with daily tasks
• Prioritizing team workload
• Evaluating performance and giving feedback
• Continuously working on finding the best ways of communication with different departments
• Planning shifts and reviewing daily staffing levels
• Developing and upskilling the team

About You

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as Good PC literacy including SAP. You will also possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs e.g Excel, Office and teams
