Our Harrods Estates team are now looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join them in their Knightsbridge office.

About the Role

As the first point of contact at our front desk, you will be the welcoming face of Harrods Estates, meeting and greeting all clients and visitors. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to senior management, the Sales department, and New Developments, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office alongside the Office Manager.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inquiries via phone and email while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Overseeing diary scheduling and providing support for meetings and appointments.
  • Creating property brochures, letters, and property lists.
  • Maintaining and updating property and client records on Reapit, our database system.
  • Coordinating mail-outs and distributing magazines, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) administration in collaboration with the AML Executive.
  • Supporting sales processes, including drafting sales letters and accompanying documentation.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll need exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a professional demeanour that embodies the prestige of the Harrods Estates brand. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

You will also have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations is advantageous (training provided).
