Rolex Sales Associate

We are looking for Sales Associates to join us here at Harrods within our Fine Watches and Jewellery department, specifically for our Rolex brand.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You will also be responsible for:

• Acting as a brand ambassador for Rolex to ensure a high quality of service.
• Keeping up to date with new products and training.
• Maintain the standards on the shopfloor, while ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
• Executing all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions.

About You

You will have experience within customer service, ideally within retail, and share our passion and interest for Rolex; bringing the highest standards of working.

In addition to this, you will also:

• Be passionate and take the upmost pride in ensuring the best quality of work is given to our clients.
• A genuine passion for Rolex and for Harrods.
• Be self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• Have great organisation and communication skills.
