Retail Team Picking Operative

Our Dispatch department in Knightsbridge have an exciting opportunity to join their thriving team as a Retail Team Picking Operative on a fixed-term basis until 14/02/2026.

About the Role

This role is responsible for picking E-commerce customer orders throughout the Knightsbridge store, playing an active part in helping to manage and maintain our customer delivery promise outlined in the department service level agreement. This is fast paced active role that will see the Operative picking across over 100 own-bought and concession brand sites ensuring that each order is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail in order to provide a seamless shopping experience to our online clientele.

The role will provide great network building opportunity to meet stakeholders from all selling areas and create new relationships with each stock control division and retail teams. You must be fully flexible in working times and days available including weekends.

About You

You’ll be familiar with large scale retail stock operations, ideally using SAP inventory, or be an experienced shop floor professional looking to gain more operational experience. Process driven and meticulously organised, you plan your time effectively and work with a consistency and integrity that gains you the respect and trust of your colleagues. You will also need the following skills:

• Good PC literacy and numeracy
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task
• The ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
• Attention to detail whilst working under tight deadlines
• Strong ability to work within a team

This position works varied shifts between 8am and 9pm across any 5 of 7 days a week including regular weekend work. The salary for this role is £27,815 pa.
