Our Marketing team are looking for a Restaurants Marketing Manager to join the team at a very exciting time as we continue to grow our restaurant portfolio with 22 restaurants and new openings planned for this year.
This role will execute and deliver the Restaurant Marketing Strategy, supporting the day-to-day management of all marketing, communications and promotional activity across the division.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business including the Brand Experience teams around storytelling, social content and understanding our customers, the Restaurant and Operations teams. This is to ensure we are always operating with a commercial mindset and working with them to put our ideas into action. The Restaurants Marketing Manager will also work closely with our concession brand partners to spearhead and implement all strategic activity, driving brand awareness for each one of our incredible restaurants; all so unique from fine dining to casual dining demonstrating our voice of authority in this field.
You will understand and analyse both the macro and micro environment to inform the divisional KPI’s, strategic thinking and ideation. You will be a commercial thinker, and will understand the importance of analysing campaign performance to fuel future success.
You will also:
- Understand the existing Harrods Restaurants brand positioning, how to maintain and develop it through innovative thinking.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the macro trends and influences to help shape and improve each campaign.
- Manage and own the Integrated Marketing Calendar, delivering all activity and monthly marketing plans.
- Own and deliver the channel plan and strategy for New Restaurant Openings.
- Work with the data and insight provided by the Customer Insight Team and identify new opportunities and activations.
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Project Delivery Team and wider Brand Experience Division to deliver integrated marketing projects and campaigns.
- Work with the PR and social media team on delivery of press, earned media strategy and activations for each restaurant.
- Work closely with operations, sales & events teams on driving monthly reservations & events targets through strategic planning.
About You
You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and understanding of how to market to a luxury audience. Experience working within the restaurant industry is essential, as is a strong interest and knowledge of the London dining scene.
You will be a creative thinker with proven history of omnichannel campaign management, a team player with a can-do attitude who thrives on delivering to tight deadlines, a confident and forward-thinking team manager and you will have strong communication skills to build relationships across departments.
