The team of Production Assistants play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio production process.

The role is a key point of liaison for all studio teams, including Stock, Photography, Styling, and Copy. You will also work closely with the Buying and Trade teams, coordinating the delivery of assets for Harrods.com across all product areas including fashion, non-fashion and vendor provided imagery.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the rapid flow of product for Harrods.com through the photography studio, organising products into daily shoot lists and considering daily and weekly resources and priorities. You will schedule and coordinate deliveries for concession brands and vendor provided product/imagery, and be able to provide accurate reporting of daily and weekly product volumes.

The Production Assistant will oversee the fast turnaround product, brand launches and priorities to ensure images and copy are completed correctly before being returned at the scheduled time. You will work with the on-set teams to ensure that the product is handled with care and daily targets are met. You will also work closely with the Stock, Styling, Copy, Buying, and Trade teams to ensure all relevant information is available and communicated promptly.

About You

We are looking for somebody experienced in administration with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills.

You will be:

  • Confident in prioritising multiple projects and working to different deadlines
  • Somebody with great communication skills and able to build strong relationships
  • Able to maintain a positive outlook and remain cool under pressure
  • Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Experienced in Excel with a solid understanding
