We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will process product related requests and making sure that we are following best data practices, upholding best in class data quality and accuracy, whilst providing a superior service to our stakeholders.  

About The Role

As the Product Catalogue Data Administrator you will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards. In this role you will be expected to review, transform and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP.

You will also;

  • Actively participate and contribute to regular team and stakeholder meetings, providing updates and sharing insights on allocated categories
  • Work with business teams to build support for data quality standards in relation to completeness, validity, timeliness & accuracy
  • Support the business teams by helping them understand the importance of product data management and how data quality impacts their operations, commercial plans and the customer experience
  • Provide feedback on workflows and share improvement opportunities to ensure best practise processes, efficient operations and a continuous improvement mindset

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry with exceptional attention to detail. It is important that you are resilient and flexible, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and performing to deadlines.

You will also have the following;

  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Passionate about working in IT
  • Results-driven and delivery focused mindset
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organised and can manage multiple of tasks at once
