POS Implementation Coordinator

The POS (Point Of Sale) Implementation Coordinator  is one of the key roles within the RSS team, supporting Harrods business objectives by coordinating the movement of POS equipment across the estate, both at Knightsbridge and our external sites.

About The Role

Based in our Knightsbridge store, the POS (Point Of Sale) Implementation Coordinator will be onsite and work closely with the RSS Logistics coordinator, RSS engineers and other IT and business teams.

POS (Point Of Sale) Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for streamlining and documenting existing business processes and be expected to propose enhancements to these processes and the systems that support them. They will also develop informative/actionable relevant KPI reports for key stakeholders and analysis metrics about the service, for the Retail Systems Services Manager.

About You

We are looking for someone with demonstrable project implementation and customer-facing IT support experience with hands-on knowledge of configuring and managing POS and SAP systems. Our ideal candidate will have project coordinated POS installations plus IMAC (Installs, Move, Add, and Change) work.

You will have a broad understanding of other IT systems that impact POS, as well as experience in documentation and process mapping. Further to this, you will have excellent communication skills when dealing with stakeholders and external parties.
