We are looking for an SAP Support Analyst to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for providing support services to the Harrods business for SAP application users

About The Role

In this role you will be required to support the team lead in delivering high-level service and resolution of SAP applications, Integrations and third party application issues raised by the business users, ensuring services are delivered within the agreed SLAs or better.

You will also;

  • Ensuring end-user process documentation is kept up to date
  • Support and triage of Service Requests and assignment to the SAP Applications team or other IT resources to resolution, delivering the same good IT service
  • Participate in business readiness for system and operational changes as required to support the team lead
  • Provide root cause analysis on tickets and actively promote solutions to reduce support tickets

About You

The successful candidate will have previous delivery of SAP service to all SAP users as well as previous experience in cross-modular functions, SAP modules: SD, MM, WM, EWN, CAR, FICO. It is important that you have excellent problem-solving skills required, ability to deep dive into different modules of SAP to identify the root cause of defects

You will also have the following;

  • Excellent communication skills along with a proven ability to influence outcomes in an effective manner
  • Highly professional individual, willing to take ownership of problems and provide
    workable solutions
  • Strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties
  • Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
