About the Role

The HR team are evolving their ability to provide high quality HR management information and operational data to both their colleagues, leadership teams and managers within the business.

This is an opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who can help deliver a transitional roadmap to enable the provision of a full data reporting and analytics service, ranging from ad hoc reporting requests through to construction of dashboards and participation in strategic HR projects, where data is key to driving efficiencies and supporting effective decision-making.

The role will sit within our HR Operations function and combine technical ability with strong communication and consultative skills.

The role will also work closely with our HR Process and System Leads to deliver key projects and ensure stakeholders have access to the data and insight they need to support processes and drive more efficient, data-based decision making.

About You

You will have strong analytical skills, a passion for figures and the ability to get into the detail while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture. You’ll have an inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving processes.

To succeed in the role you’ll have experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application (ideally Workday, but any other HRIS system would be acceptable). Along with this you’ll have experience of core HR processes including the hire and termination process, and experience of working with confidential data and adhering to GDPR rules. You’ll have advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortably (including; Look-ups, Pivot Tables, Macros). It would be desirable if you have experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Qlik Sense.

You’ll have the ability to function as a team player, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands in a timely and appropriate manner. You’ll be able to manage and deliver on multiple tasks across a broad range of areas, with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
