Join our dynamic Creative Content department as a Partnerships Project Manager, where you'll drive innovative content strategies and enhance our collaboration with esteemed brand partners.


About the Role 


As a Partnerships Project Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing processes to deliver high-quality content across various channels. You will manage the workflow, delivery, and approval of paid brand partnerships, ensuring that all content aligns with the objectives of Harrods and our partners. 


Your responsibilities will include:
•    Being the primary point of contact for all Partnerships project briefs.
•    Collaborating with the Partnerships team and serving as the knowledge hub for current and future projects.
•    Understanding Harrods' media landscape, including inventory and income expectations.
•    Overseeing the end-to-end process for complex projects, from validating briefs to content capture and approval.
•    Managing and optimising project workflows across multiple Trello boards.

This role works Monday to Friday, office hours, with two days a week [Wednesday and Thursday] based in our Hammersmith office.

About You 

You will possess exceptional organisational skills, integrity, and a collaborative spirit that enables you to inspire and lead teams effectively. You must be able to balance day-to-day responsibilities while also planning for the future in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone comfortable leading the role and ready to evaluate existing processes, sculpting this position to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


You will also have:
•    Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Teams Planner, and Proof HQ.
•    The ability to push back and navigate relationships, ensuring brand partnerships align with Harrods' objectives while being solutions-focused and flexible.
•    Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail, with the capability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively.
