Our Marketing team are now looking for a Partnerships and Marketing Assistant to bring to life our 500+ brands partnership content, from creating beautiful pitch decks and one page campaign summaries, to regularly updating our B2B website content for our brands who partner with us, to creating footfall reports and campaign analysis, coordinating our content calendar, gifting, events and much more.
About the Role
This is a really exciting and varied role where an understanding of Luxury Brands and the world of partnerships is a must. You will be creating marketing materials, reports, and content that drive brand partnerships and revenue.
In this role you will:
• Create presentations: From creative one-pagers showcasing campaign stats, to assisting the team with brand presentations using Keynote.
• Update website content and asset bank: Regularly update our B2B website platform where our brand partners previous and current projects with us are displayed including imagery, video, copy and analytics, working with the relevant internal teams to ensure this stays up to date.
• Report and analyse: Be responsible for tracking and reporting monthly footfall metrics, post campaign analysis, email marketing metrics and any ad hoc reports required.
• Event support: Support with the planning and execution of the Harrods Annual Brand showcase and annual Christmas gifting to brand partners- from what we’re gifting to who to and coordinating deliveries- being creative in what we can pull together under a certain budget.
• Manage stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to stay up to date with all campaigns and ensure cohesive communication.
• Coordinate in-store photography shoots: Regularly attend at out-of-hours in-store photography shoots for pop ups required- assisting and being there for any troubleshooting on the day.
About You
As well as a strong understanding of luxury brands and how to showcase them, a creative eye is essential to ensure we remain at the forefront of luxury no matter how big or small the project. You will have an interest in analytics and how we can translate this in a beautiful way.
You will be:
• Able to design beautiful one-pagers or keynote presentations- good level of design skills required.
• Proficient in content management systems and updating website content.
• Passionate about marketing and brand development.
• Strong in analytical skills for tracking and reporting metrics.
• Experienced with digital asset management.
• Strong in communing and have great interpersonal skills.
• A creative thinker and have excellent problem solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
