We are looking for a Front of House Coordinator to join our Beauty Concierge Division. As a Front of House Coordinator you will live and breathe all things beauty, including our whole range events across the store.

About the Role

In this role you will be assisting the Beauty Concierge team with all aspects of event operations, you will be responsible for providing a world-class service and building strong relationships with the team to ensure a smooth running of the Concierge Division.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Assist with the day to day coordination and planning of the event calendar, including associated documentation, Health and Safety and risk assessment coordination
  • Support the Events Executives and Managers with on-site support
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders ensuring a seamless event day running
  • Ensure  accurate  record keeping  across  all  events,  tracking  and  updating  multiple  event timelines
  • Coordinating catering requirements with Banqueting, Restaurants and External agencies
  • Respond promptly to all enquiries from internal departments, clients, brands and stakeholders across all projects
  • Responsible for booking customers into their Beauty Concierge appointments using the appointment software, ensuring appointment allocation is reflective of the service required.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience and a keen interest in beauty and events operations– it is also important to have strong communication and organisational skills.

You will also have:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • The ability to be flexible with your time, ensuring you are able to support important events in store.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to record accurate event timelines.
  • A passion for beauty and events coordination.
  • The ability to liaise with senior management across the business
