Employee Relations Advisor - Concessions

We are on lookout for an enthusiastic Concession Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic ER team here at Harrods.

About the Role

As a Concession Employee Relations Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional HR service. You’ll offer clear and consistent guidance, share expertise, and build the capability and confidence of line managers as they work alongside our concession partners. Alongside managing a varied and fast-paced caseload, you’ll take a proactive approach—collaborating with brands and HR colleagues to identify opportunities to reduce case volumes and enhance ways of working.

Above all, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and leaders, ensuring our HR policies and processes are not only followed, but genuinely add value to the business.

This role offers hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home part of the week. Typically, that means a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs. To learn more, check out our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our careers site, or reach out to our Talent Acquisition team.

About You

You will have Employee Relations experience, ideally in retail business where you have supported concessions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a people-first mindset.

You will also -

• Have detailed knowledge of UK employment law, HR systems, and best practice
• Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a high workload with accuracy
• Be friendly, approachable, and have an empathetic style that builds trust across the business
• Have confidence working with data and information from multiple sources
• Have strong written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail
• Have the ability to prioritise work efficiently and manage your own time.
