We’re looking for a Digital Media Operations Manager to lead the delivery of innovative, data driven digital media solutions that elevate premium brand partners across paid, onsite and offsite media channels.


About the Role 


As Digital Media Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best in class retail media campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes. Working at the intersection of digital innovation, brand partnerships and media operations, you will oversee the end to end execution of multichannel campaigns, collaborating closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery, optimisation and reporting. This role combines strategic oversight with hands on operational excellence, helping to set the standard for digital media performance in a fast paced, customer centric environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end to end delivery of paid media campaigns across major platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and onsite/offsite retail media channels
  • Owning the operational pipeline for partner led campaigns, ensuring smooth approvals, tracking, reporting and optimisation
  • Overseeing onsite and offsite media execution, including campaign governance, asset coordination and performance reporting
  • Building and managing first party data audiences to support full funnel, cross channel media activations
  • Managing media budgets, purchase orders and invoicing, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control


Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You


You will be a confident digital media specialist who thrives in a fast moving environment and enjoys delivering complex campaigns with precision and impact. You bring a strong understanding of retail or brand media, using data and insight to inform decision making and optimise performance across channels. You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, translating technical detail into clear recommendations, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve media effectiveness. Commercially minded and highly organised, you are able to balance strategic thinking with hands on campaign delivery, while maintaining a resilient and solutions focused approach.


You will also have:

  • Strong experience managing paid media platforms such as Meta and Google, with the ability to analyse and optimise performance
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing analytics, data privacy principles and regulatory best practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations
